Our Potato Gratin (formally our Potato Lasagna) with Fire Roasted Vegetables is a must try. This is a meal on it's own for two people or makes a great side as a family meal.

Our gratin is layered with bell peppers, zucchini, sweet potatoes and potatoes. They are smothered in our home made tomato sauce with even more vegetables. It's finished with our famous bean sauce, tomatoes, fresh parsley and garlic.

Serving Size: Two Servings

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Bake from frozen for 50 minutes. Remove film and enjoy!

Jamaican Yellow Curry with Plantains & Roasted Potatoes

Chef Bernie lived in Jamaica at one point in his life and absolutely loves their culture & food. Having locals as friends helped him learn how to create some of the traditional dishes and we’ve veganized one of his favorite, Jamaican Yellow Curry.

This curry has the right amount of spice & sweetness and is loaded with vegetables. We've paired it with some beautiful plantains & curry roasted potatoes.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375F, cook from frozen leaving the film on and bake for 50 minutes. Remove film and enjoy! *Do not broil.

This beautiful vegan Bolognese sauce is oh so good and packed full of nutrition. It's rich in flavour and features some locally sourced lentils.

The flavours are strong, as a Bolognese sauce should be, recommend mixing it in with 500 grams of your favourite pasta. Mix well, the sauce will coat the pasta with so much flavour, your family will be asking for this meal again in the very near future.
