Kimchi Hot Pot with Shiitake Mushrooms & Teriyaki Tofu


Our Kimchi Hot Pot was inspired by Chef Bernie’s many trips to Korea. This dish features some of his favourite asian ingredients from shitake mushrooms to bamboo shoots, this will warm you up with the right amount of spice. Making this dish the perfect lunch or dinner.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Pre-heat to 375F and bake for 50 minutes. Remove film and enjoy!
