Chef Bernie lived in Jamaica at one point in his life and absolutely loves their culture & food. Having locals as friends helped him learn how to create some of the traditional dishes and we’ve veganized one of his favorite, Jamaican Yellow Curry.

This curry has the right amount of spice & sweetness and is loaded with vegetables. We’ve paired it with some beautiful plantains & curry roasted potatoes.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Preheat oven to 375F, cook from frozen leaving the film on and bake for 50 minutes. Remove film and enjoy! *Do not broil.
