Green Pea Mushroom Arancini’s


What is “Arancini”? They are Italian rice balls traditionally stuffed, breaded and deep-fried. We kept this dish gluten-free and skipped the deep fat fryer to make something nutritious and DELICIOUS!

We stuffed ours with some mushrooms and split peas, everything is seasoned to perfection. You’ll have some amazing Mediterranean flavours loaded with Plant Protein and fresh herbs. Something the entire family will love. These are great on their own or pair well with salads!

Serving Size: Two Servings (5 Arancinis)

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 (Fahrenheit) or 200 (Celsius) and bake for 17 – 20 minutes. Let stand for two minutes before serving.
