A gluten free lasagna that tastes great, impossible! Well we love doing the impossible and Chef Bernie has come up with yet another great dish, our beautiful fire roasted pepper and potato lasagna with our famous plant based cheez sauce.
We skipped the pasta and instead layered with vegetables that are packed full of nutrition and some beautifully roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes. This meal is packed full of vitamins and minerals along with a good amount of protein - enjoy!
This meal feeds 2 - 3 people.
Preheat oven to 425F. Remove lid and bake for 45 minutes or until hot. Let stand for five minutes, serve and enjoy!
