Chef Bernie lived in Jamaica at one point in his life and absolutely loves their culture & food. Having locals as friends helped him learn how to create some of the traditional dishes and we've veganized one of his favorite, Jamaican Yellow Curry with some local SK ingredients.
This curry has the right amount of spice and sweetness and is loaded with vegetables. We have some Saskatchewan Chickpeas, cauliflower, potatoes and more!
