Wholesome, Nutritious and Delicious Plant Based Foods
Welcome Back to YouRoots! We are excited that you’ve decided to tune in and hear what we have to stay. We cook, wholesome, nutritious and delicious plant based foods. Our goal is to show you that you can still eat very healthy while enjoying food. We encourage you to eat as much wholesome wholefoods as you can but realize this might not be realistic for everyone. We do not want you to have an “all or nothing” attitude, even if you have to make small changes to start, it will be a change in the right direction! For most people an 80/20 is the most realistic to follow and we definitely encourage that, eating 80% wholesome wholefoods and getting a little “crazy” 20% of the time. Of course 100% is most optimal.
